ScanJet 6250C/­Cse/­Cxi ADF User Interface Update for HP Scanjet 6250cse HP ScanJet 6250C Family ADF User Interface Update When initiating a scan from Win Fax Pro Version 7 or 8 using an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF),­ an incorrect resolution is returned by the Precision Scan Pro ADF User Interface.­ This causes the system to hang or generate a General Protection Fault.­ Other applications using Acquire Image (TWAIN) may not return the expected output type and resolution also.­ This program will correct these problems.­ Manual Installation Instructions: Choose the file you want to download to your system.­ With your mouse,­ click on the file.­ You will now be prompted to select the folder (sub-directory) where the download will be placed on your hard disk.­ (Example: If you wanted to download to your C:TEMP you would select that folder from the list of folders in the download "Save As" screen).­ Now open the C:Temp folder (if that was your selected folder),­ and double-click on the file you downloaded.­ This file will decompress into a default folder c:sj396wfp,­ or any folder of your choice.­ You will find the SETUP.­EXE file in the c:sj396wfp folder,­ or the folder that you chose.­ Double-click the SETUP.­EXE file to activate the software installation.­ Compatible devices: C6274A
